Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We ask that all clients read and understand our booking policy before confirming an appointment. These policies exist to protect the time of our clinical team and ensure we can offer the best possible service to all clients.

Consultations

Consultation Appointments.

Consultations at Prime Cosmetic Clinic are complimentary — no deposit is required to book at either clinic. There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment following your consultation. If you choose to proceed, your deposit will be collected at the time of booking and applied toward your treatment cost.

Deposits

Treatment Deposits.

A deposit of 20% of the treatment fee is required at the time of booking all treatment appointments — applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Changes.

Cancellation more than 7 days before your appointment
Your deposit will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to appear.
Cancellation less than 7 days before your appointment
Your deposit will be converted to a Prime Cosmetic Clinic credit — valid for 12 months from the date of issue, redeemable at either clinic. Deposits converted to credit are not refundable to cash.
No-show — failure to attend without notice
Your deposit will be forfeited in full. No credit or refund will be issued for no-show appointments.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling Your Appointment.

More than 24 hours notice
You may reschedule at no charge. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be treated as a cancellation — the cancellation policy above will apply.
Late Arrivals

Arriving Late to Your Appointment.

Up to 30 minutes late
Please call your clinic as soon as possible. Depending on the treatment and schedule, your appointment may continue — though treatment time may be reduced.
More than 30 minutes late
Please call your clinic before arriving. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled — your deposit will be held and transferred to your new appointment.
Promotional Treatments
Special Offer & Discounted Treatments — Please Read Carefully.
Treatments booked under a special offer, promotional price, or discounted package are strictly:
  • Non-refundable — no cash or credit refund under any circumstances
  • Non-transferable — cannot be transferred to another client
  • Non-exchangeable — cannot be swapped for a different treatment
  • Non-modifiable — booking date, time, or location cannot be changed once confirmed
We recommend booking a complimentary consultation before purchasing any promotional treatment to confirm suitability. By completing a promotional booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Prime Cosmetic Clinic Credits.

Valid for 12 months from date of issue
Redeemable at Melbourne or Canberra clinic
Applicable toward any standard-priced treatment
Not redeemable for cash
Not transferable between clients
Cannot be applied to promotional treatments
Expired credits cannot be reinstated
